Hello, I'm looking for 1 roommate to move in by mid to late August. My roommate is moving out to go to school up north so the room needs to be filled asap. It's month to month with internet/cable, all utilities and HOA fees included. It's right in the middle of the Market Place and the District (5 minutes away from both). It's 15 minutes away from UCI and Orange Coast College. It's 10 minutes away from IVC. There is an LA Fitness 2 minutes away and two 24 hour fitness gyms 5 minutes away. rnrnI am a 26 year old male. I am a working professional and I am looking for a responsible adult who can pay their rent on time and maintain a clean environment. I work a lot so our paths wouldn't cross often. rnrn$300 deposit up front along with first and last months rent. rnTenants will need to provide references and the name and location of their last tenant.
