Ocean Blue Tattoo and Art Studio is owned and operated by artist Daniel "Natural". Since starting his own Art studio in 1996 in New York City, "Natural" has created thousands of original works of art which are now owned by collectors all over the country.

At Ocean Blue Tattoo and Art Studio you will experience the unique combination of custom tattoo service and the ability to view and purchase the fine artwork created by "Natural" and internationally renowned artist Ylli Haruni, who is an old friend of "Natural".

Ocean Blue Tattoo provides a professional and clean work environment that utilizes the latest state of the art sterilization procedures. We don't hang flashes around our studio because we would rather customize each design so your personal preferences can make your tattoo unique and very personal to you. Bring down your own "Unique Tattoo Idea", and let us color your world onto your skin. You also can bring in your own drawing, prints or photos for us to use as a reference or inspiration for your art piece.
We suggest that anyone interested in our work, or in seeking a no-obligation consultation, to visit our shop and speak with us in person. While most of our tattoos are done by appointment we also offer walk-ins based upon availability. However, we suggest you call in to check availability prior to your visit.

We are located just a few blocks south of the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota. We are in the same building as the Eagles Club. Our customers and their friends (21 years or order) are welcome to enjoy food and drinks at the club while they wait. We also have a patio for smoking.

Please note that You must be 18 or older to get a tattoo in Minnesota. A State or Government issued I.D. or passport is required. NO exceptions!

We accept Cash, Visa, Master, Discover, American Express Card and have an ATM machine available in our building. Total privacy is also available upon request.
