Candidate must have experience as an Apartment Manager with LIHTC (tax credit) experience.rnrnWe seek a self starter with strong integrity and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leasing and financial management skills. The Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of operations including resident retention, marketing, leasing, rent collection, financial performance, and working with maintenance to ensure timely completion of make readies, work orders, and projects.
