Human Resource Consultation Services

Thurston-Mason Behavioral Health Organization (BHO) is seeking interested parties in responding to a possible Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Human Resource Firm to provide consultation services as the BHO transitions into an independent organization (the BHO will remain a quasi-governmental entity).
Responding to a Notification of Interest (NOI) indicates that you are interested in providing the service and open to responding to a RFP if necessary. It does not however bind either Thurston-Mason BHO or you to any contractual obligations.
The number of response to the NOI will determine if the BHO will release a RFP for this service. In the event that only one firm indicates an interest in providing this service, Thurston-Mason BHO reserves the right to negotiate directly with that firm or seek additional bids for these services.
