"JLT" is based on a family owned business to serve the people of the community. We are here to help each person who comes into our facility to meet their goal. We provide one on one personal fitness training to meet your personal goals. Weight loss, body sculpting and toning are just a few ideas of what we work on. We run boot camps, tandems and athlete speed training. We provide a comfortable atmosphere so that you can focus on yourself and your goals!
