Property Manager Position:

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet tenants/prospects
- Tenant Relations
- Assist in Maintenance Administration
- Assist in Rent Collection and Depositing Rent
- Marketing
- Tour prospects
- Leasing and preparing leases
- General Administration
- Reporting
- Move in/Move out inspections

Job Requirements:
- Must have a valid CA driver's license and a car to use for work
- Ability to work in US
- Must have worked as a Leasing Agent for at least 2 years
- High School diploma is required
- Excellent leasing and closing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to project a professional appearance at all times


Maintenance Technician:

Please bring resume to interview

Job Responsibilities:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Installation of drywall and/or drywall repairs
- Turning a unit
- Flooring installation
- Appliance repair
- Move out inspections

Job Requirements:
- Must have a valid CA driver's license and a car to use for work
- Ability to work in US
- Must have Maintenance experience for at least 2 years
- High School diploma is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to project a professional appearance at all times
- Have tools
