Property Management Maintenance Worker

Up to $22 depending on experience.rnrnJob OverviewrnrnWill perform daily preventive maintenance and repairs to buildings and grounds.rnrnPerform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment and electrical fixtures.rnrnHandle scheduled, emergency and routine maintenance orders.rnrnAt select locations may be required to perform a variety of cleaning/janitorial duties to include (but not limited to): window/glass cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, general surface cleaning, desks/chairs, mopping, polishing etcrnrnMaintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations.rnrnPerform other duties as assigned by management.rnrnSkills: rnrnAbility to work with power tools, basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing, verbal communication, able to follow directives rnand mechanically inclined.rnrnEducation: High school diploma or GED preferredrnExperience Required: Prior building maintenance preferredrnrnrnPosition RequirementsrnrnAbility to work with power tools, basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing, verbal communication, able to follow directives and mechanically inclined. rnrnRequired EducationrnrnHigh school diploma or GED preferred rnrnRequired ExperiencernrnPrior building maintenance 3+ years preferred
