Posting Policy

PennySaverUSA.com is a free online classifieds marketplace that connects local buyers and sellers. You may place up to 3 ads per category per region per day for the same product or service. If you want to repost your listing, please cancel your existing ad before reposting. The following behavior is prohibited on PennySaverUSA.com:

• Overposting – you may only place up to 3 ads per category per region per day. Any ads posted in excess will be removed from our website
• Affiliate linking – you may not post ads where the sole purpose is to drive signups or sales on another website. This includes but is not limited to sites like: Zeekler, QuiBids, Cut and Paste, 10k Profit, Empower Network, and any other similar programs
• Excessive backlinking – you may not post ads where the sole purpose is to drive traffic to an external website.

Prohibited Content

The following list contains items in which we do not accept and/or strictly limit the extent to which these items can be represented:

• Adult-oriented products and services including but not limited to adult books, magazines, or videos, adult toys, adult entertainment, exotic clubs, adult chat lines, adult-oriented companionship, solicitations for sex etc…
• Alcoholic beverages and tobacco
• Animals and animal products that are of an endangered or protected species including but not limited to elephants, sharks, tigers, whales, rhinos, dolphins, etc…
• Animals, plants, and insects that are regulated or prohibited for sale
• Counterfeit products, replicas, or knock-off designer or brand-name goods
• Cribs (new or used) that do not meet the current federal safety standards issued by the CPSC including but not limited to drop-side rail cribs.
• Drugs, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment including but not limited to illegal substances, drug paraphernalia, prescription drugs, medical marijuana etc…
• Embargoed goods from any of the following countries: Burma (Myanmar), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria
• Financial and/or legal services that offer guarantees including but not limited to bankruptcy & divorce services, credit repair services, etc…
• Fireworks and other explosives
• Food and healthcare items including but not limited to baby formula, prescription drugs and medications, prescription medical devices, over-the-counter medications containing pseudoephedrine or ephedrine, expired medications, supplements, or health & beauty products
• Free pets or “free to good home” ads for pets
• Human adoption ads placed by a private individual. See licensing requirements
• Items designed to be used to commit a crime including not without limitation burglary tools, false identification and items used to manufacture illegal explosives or controlled substances
• Posts from individuals seeking donations including monetary donations, organ donations, blood, bodily fluids, and body parts
• Weapons of any kind including but not limited to firearms, ammunition, BB guns, pellet guns, dart guns, assault weapons, shotguns, silencers, pepper spray, switchblades, or any automatic or semi-automatic weapon
• Stocks and other securities
• Stolen goods or property with serial number removed or altered
• All other items that are illegal or harmful are prohibited from PennySaverUSA.com
